- $50/hr for private yoga sessions
- $50/hr for personal training sessions
- $30/hr pp for partner training sessions
- $20/hr pp for small group training sessions (3-5 people)
- $100/hr for corporate fitness sessions with health talk/resources

for a therapeutic Slow Flow at 7:15pm in Stoney Creek. If this class fills, a 6pm class will be added.
